Professor of management and industrial-organizational psychologist specializing in the areas of leadership assessment, development and human capital management. Current research interests include business school academic quality, organizational citizenship behavior and self-other awareness in leaders and teams. Presently teaching graduate courses in organizational behavior, management consulting and recruitment and selection.
Active consulting practice in the areas of human resources, organization development and training in a variety of industries serving such clients as Discover Financial Services, Fifth-Third Bank, Coyote Logistics, Inteliquent, Vi, Allstate Insurance, Lenze Americas, Thyssen Krupp North America, Heitman and USG. Consulting work spans employee selection, leadership assessment and development, organization development, training, applied research, and managerial coaching.
Former Associate Editor for the Academy of Management Learning & Education journal.
Faculty Director of DePaul's Doctorate in Business Administration program.
