Rich Rocco is the executive director for sales and marketing research excellence and professor of marketing at the Department​ of Marketing in the Driehaus College of Business. He lectures on strategy, sales effectiveness, sales process, communication, coaching and customer relationship management/sales technology. His research focuses on sales effectiveness. He has 20 years of sales and marketing experience in the healthcare/medical device, consulting, automotive and consumer goods industries.​
