About

Dr. Julia Lippert is a public health researcher whose focus is in Environmental and Occupational Health studied through the application of social epidemiology, health statistics, and community based participatory research. The goal of her research is to support solutions-based approaches to address health disparities in vulnerable worker populations and underserved communities in Chicago. Specifically, Dr. Lippert works in health promotion through community-based partnerships with an emphasis on controlling environmental exposures. She also studies occupational stressors in low wage occupations and those with precarious employment.
